One of them is baking. Baking refers to cooking foodstuff in sealed enclosed space. In olden times, foodstuff was baked closed under stone or wooden stove but in recent times particular purpose stoves are obtainable for baking food & those are called ovens.

Just imagine about the baking environment & you can easily come to know why it has low fat. Baking is done in area which is completely covered & no heat is passed outside until you unlock its door. This stored heat helps in liberate natural energy/fat from the foodstuff (like meat) & in this way very small amount of oil is applied in the beginning which is just for starting the procedure of baking.

• Baked foods are full of flavour as it cooks more in its own oil, so it’s very juicy & rich in taste if cooked with precise time, temperature & measured ingredients.
